The Ahimsa provides Airport pickup and transfers, private housekeepers,
cooks, same day laundry service, grocery shopping and restaurant delivery
services, personal drivers, car and motor bike rentals, babysitting
and catered private parties. The Ahimsa has 24 hours reception and
security.

Due to high demand of our property and limited villas (22 villas)
bookings are often difficult to obtain we require that you forward
a credit card totaling a deposit of 50 % of the Total rent to secure
your booking. Please fax us a photo copy of both sides of your credit
card and write down the number, expiration date of your credit card
on the top of the copy sheet to help us to see them clearly and
also a photocopy of your passport picture page to enable us to complete
the transaction a long with the completed "Booking Request
Form" to our office 62 361 739211 as all bookings are on first
come first serve basis we recommend that you do this as soon as
possible.
Terms of payment: A deposit of 50%
is required to guarantee bookings, this deposit is non refundable.The
balance due is upon arrival by US Dollars Cash/Credit card : Visa,
Master JCB and Amex.
Credit card payments are calculated
on the Hotel Bookkeeping Rate the day of processing. Differences
in personal statement balance can occur and are due to the fluctuation
with the Indonesian rupiah and Bank processing time. The Ahimsa
Hotel can not be held responsible for these differences. |
